Billing questions
How does the free trial work?
Starter and Pro both begin with 7 days free. Cancel inside those 7 days and you are not charged. The Free plan needs no trial — it simply stays free.
How am I billed?
Subscriptions are handled by the App Store or Google Play, depending on where you downloaded the app. Dentist Book never sees or stores your card details.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes — change the plan from your subscription settings in the App Store or Google Play. The yearly price works out cheaper than twelve monthly payments.
How do I cancel?
Cancel from your subscription settings on the store you subscribed through. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the app returns to the Free plan.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your records stay in your account. Features that belong to a paid plan stop being available until you subscribe again.
